What they need
We’re looking for an E-commerce Coordinator for our client in the apparel industry who can bring a sense of care to their online store. You’ll be the person who makes sure each product launch is ready, every detail on the site is right, and their customers have a seamless experience from discovery to checkout. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, notices the small things, and takes pride in making a good idea happen beautifully.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the Shopify store current and polished, from product launches and collection pages to imagery, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce calendar, working with the creative, marketing, inventory, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Build, schedule, and quality-check email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring the product, messaging, links, and offers are accurate.
- Maintain thoughtful online merchandising so customers can easily find what they love and discover what’s new.
- Monitor online inventory and work with the team to resolve discrepancies between website and store stock.
- Test the customer journey across desktop and mobile, flag issues, and help implement improvements to the shopping experience.
- Track sales, site, and campaign performance; prepare clear reports and share what you’re seeing.
- Support their Fractional E-commerce Director in executing priorities and finding opportunities to improve sales and the customer experience.
Who You Are
You’re organized, curious, and exceptionally detail-oriented. You can manage several moving pieces without losing sight of how the final experience feels to a customer. You’re comfortable with both the creative side of a fashion brand and the operational work that keeps it running.
You’ll likely bring 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital marketing, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand. Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is strongly preferred. Most of all, you’re proactive, dependable, and excited to help build a brand with a distinct point of view.
You’ll work closely with a small, creative team and have a visible hand in how the company shows up online every day. If you love great clothes, coastal culture, and the satisfaction of getting every detail right, we’d love to meet you.
