Job Summary

As part of the Ecommerce account, you will help customers with online orders, delivery questions, returns, exchanges, and other post-purchase requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalate complex order issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Help customers understand product specifications, features, and usage information.
• Maintain professional and helpful communication throughout each customer interaction.
• Process approved service adjustments according to established procedures.
• Communicate order or policy information clearly and accurately.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is an advantage but not required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Ortigas, Pasig City

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
