Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
• Resolve payment and account-related concerns over voice calls.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1 year of Voice Process experience (mandatory).
• Good International Voice Communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
