At Aihome, our physical retail stores are booming, but our digital storefronts are a warzone where we battle for every click and conversion. We do not need an administrator who just uploads product photos and waits for people to buy. We need a ruthless, data-driven eCommerce Executive who knows how to manipulate the algorithms on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to steal competitor traffic and drive massive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

THE MANDATE: You are the general of our online sales channels. Your job is to take complete ownership of our eCommerce platforms, execute hyper-profitable mega campaigns (like 11.11 and Payday Sales), and convert digital traffic into actual cash.

WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:

• Marketplace Domination: You own Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website. You optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to ensure Aihome ranks #1 when customers search for smart home tech.
• Campaign Execution: You live for Double-Digit (e.g., 10.10, 11.11) and Payday sales. You plan the voucher strategies, bundle deals, and flash sales to ensure we maximize our revenue during peak traffic days.
• Platform Advertising & ROI: You manage Shopee Ads and Lazada Sponsored Discovery. You don't just spend money; you track the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) meticulously to ensure every ringgit spent generates profitable sales.
• Chat Conversion: You treat the platform chat like a digital sales floor. You don't just answer basic customer questions; you actively upsell, cross-sell, and close deals directly in the inbox.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):

• Battle-Tested Platform Expert: You have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing the backend Seller Centers for Shopee and Lazada. If you have never run a mega campaign, do not apply.
• Data-Obsessed: You know your numbers. You track conversion rates, traffic sources, and average basket sizes daily to figure out what is working and what is failing.
• Hyper-Reactive: eCommerce never sleeps. If a competitor drops their price on a Friday night, you react instantly with a counter-offer or voucher to defend our market share.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a massive advantage for dealing with specific tech demographics and cross-border logistics).

HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):

• Monthly GMV: Hitting and exceeding the strict revenue targets for all online channels.
• Store Conversion Rate: The percentage of digital window-shoppers you successfully turn into paid buyers.
• Campaign ROI (ROAS): How much revenue your platform ads and voucher campaigns generated versus what they cost.
