Ecommerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd in the East Region on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in driving our digital commerce strategy and ensuring optimal online sales performance. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, and implementing digital marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth. This position plays a crucial part in our broader digital transformation objectives and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our ecommerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, compelling descriptions, and effective categorisation
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions
• Monitor and analyse ecommerce metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment, to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with merchandising and content teams to create engaging product content and promotional materials
• Manage inventory visibility and coordinate with operations to ensure stock levels support sales targets
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and optimise pricing strategies
• Implement A/B testing initiatives to enhance website performance and user experience
• Liaise with web development and IT teams to ensure smooth functionality of ecommerce platforms
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions and sales events

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail management
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret metrics and derive insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of e-payment systems and digital consumer behaviour is desirable
