ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

About the role

The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing daily ecommerce performance with a strong focus on sales growth, marketplace optimization, campaign execution, and improving overall online revenue performance across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
• Maintain and improve product listings including product title, pricing, images, descriptions, and variations
• Monitor product visibility, ranking, and sales performance
• Monitor daily ecommerce performance including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and SKU performance
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion
• Analyze product performance and recommend improvement strategies
• Plan and execute ecommerce campaigns including mega campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and promotions
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Manage and monitor performance of ecommerce ads (TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads)
• Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion

About you

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital sales
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystem
• Experience with ecommerce campaigns, promotions, and basic advertising
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
