Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team and help manage day-to-day marketplace and quick-commerce operations for our brand partners.

The role will involve working across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and Myntra, with a focus on sales growth, marketplace operations, campaign execution, reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, pricing, product availability and other key business metrics.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, updated and optimised.
• Monitor Buy Box / Featured Offer, availability and other marketplace parameters.
• Coordinate with platform teams to resolve operational issues and raise tickets wherever required.
• Track product launches, catalogue updates, pricing changes and promotions.

E-commerce Advertising

• Support planning and execution of campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, spends, sales, ROAS, CPC, CTR and other relevant metrics.
• Assist with keyword, bid and budget optimisation.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns are launched and monitored as per the agreed plan.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track sales, GMV, ad spends, ROAS, inventory and other business KPIs in the reports.
• Analyse platform-level performance and identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Present key observations and actionable insights to the team.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers and documentation for marketplace operations.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or digital commerce.
• Hands-on understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or BigBasket.
• Good understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising and ROAS-driven performance marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of assigned accounts.

Good to Have

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
• Understanding of Buy Box, Featured Offer, LDR, catalogue and inventory management.
• Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools.
