Ecommerce Executive

About the Role

We're a fast-growing F&B supplies distribution business based in Batu Caves, and we're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive to own our digital presence from end to end — from marketplace listings and ad bidding to content shooting and social media uploads. This is a full-time, on-site role as content production takes place at our warehouse. Hybrid arrangements may be explored later based on workflow progress.

What your day to day looks like?

1. Content Creation

• Conduct daily research and write content scripts in line with guidelines set by the Content Strategist
• Submit scripts for Content Strategist approval before production
• Shoot and batch-produce all required content (weekly or fortnightly cycles)
• Upload and publish content across all social media platforms

2. Creative Coordination

• Source or shoot raw product footage for the Creative Designer
• Check and organise all creative output produced by the Creative Designer
• Upload product-related graphics to Google Business Profile, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopee Feed, and Lazada Feed

3. Marketplace & Inventory

• Insert and maintain product information in our Inventory Management System based on data from Procurement
• Create and manage product listings across all online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)
• Amend prices and stock quantities on Shopee in line with IMS data

4. Platform Visibility & Ads

• Manually nominate products for Shopee, Lazada Campaigns
• Manually bid prices on Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Seller Centre
• Manage and bid on ad keywords via Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Live Selling on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, etc.
• Proven track record of improving organic product rankings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop — you know how the algorithm works and you've made it work for you
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) — essential for keyword research, SEO copywriting, and crafting persuasive product listings across multilingual platforms

Compensation & Salary Structure

We do not reward clock-watching; we reward bottom-line profitability. This hybrid structure is designed for high-performers who want to build a major income stream alongside our business.

• Guaranteed Base Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,000 per month (based on experience)
• Uncapped Performance Commission: 2-3% of Net Marketplace Profit (Paid quarterly based on rolling monthly metrics).

• Flexible Hours: Our office is open everyday from 9am to 9pm. It doesn't matter if you're an early bird or night owl, as long as you log the weekly minimum hours. We judge you 100% on rankings, visibility, and net profit—not on what time you log in.
