Ecommerce Executive

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce, online trading, digital merchandising, retail planning, CRM, or digital operations, preferably within retail or fashion,
• Experience in managing e-commerce operations across multiple markets or countries is preferred,
• Solid experience with CMS platforms, Bitrix, 1C, CRM systems, and e-commerce management tools,
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate sales and digital performance data into actionable business decisions,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel,
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools,
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital channels, online merchandising, traffic management, conversion optimization, and customer journey,
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across different countries and functions,
• Strong planning, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills,
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of taking ownership in a fast-paced and multicultural environment,
• Fluent English is mandatory; Turkish and/or Russian knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Job Description

• Take ownership of e-commerce operations and commercial performance across the CIS region,
• Manage and coordinate website operations, including product assortment, categories, pricing, campaigns, banners, and visual content,
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance across CIS markets, including sales, stock levels, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and other key KPIs,
• Identify country- and region-level performance gaps and develop actions to drive online sales, conversion, and customer experience,
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion funnels through GA4 and other analytics tools,
• Lead online merchandising activities to optimize product visibility, assortment performance, and commercial results,
• Prepare and present regular regional performance reports, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions,
• Coordinate e-commerce activities with CIS Retail, Planning, Marketing, IT, Customer Support, Business Development, and other relevant teams,
• Ensure consistency of e-commerce operations and brand standards across CIS markets while considering local market requirements,
• Oversee operational processes and ensure timely resolution of website, product, pricing, stock, and customer-related issues,
• Coordinate with Call Center teams regarding customer requests, feedback, and complaints and translate insights into improvement actions,
• Oversee CRM activities, including SMS and email campaigns, and monitor their commercial effectiveness,
• Follow e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market developments across the CIS region
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to e-commerce systems, processes, customer journey, and operational efficiency,
• Ensure that regional e-commerce activities are aligned with the overall CIS commercial strategy and company objectives.
