Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, pricing, order processing and customer support across e-commerce platforms. Candidates with experience in badminton, sports equipment, sporting goods or online retail will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
• Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, SKUs and inventory details.
• Monitor competitor pricing, conduct price comparisons and recommend pricing updates.
• Manage incoming orders, order confirmation, processing, dispatch coordination and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory across platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries, product questions, complaints, returns, refunds and replacements.
• Monitor order cancellations, customer feedback, ratings and reviews.
• Maintain accurate order, sales, inventory and customer service reports.
• Ensure product listings and marketplace activities comply with platform guidelines.

Required Skills

• Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management or online retail.
• Knowledge of product listing, pricing, inventory and order management.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in badminton equipment, sports products or sporting goods.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
• Knowledge of e-commerce dashboards, returns management and sales reporting.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Listing accuracy, order processing time, order fulfilment rate, pricing accuracy, customer response time and return/cancellation rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
