eCommerce Intern (Warehouse Operation)

eCommerce Warehouse Operation Assistant Intern:

• Assist in managing inventory (inbound / outbound / shelving ,etc)
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Inspect and verify stocks
• Assist in order fulfilment processes (pick / pack etc)
• Assist in activities related to inventory (Tracking, tagging, shelving, stock count, etc)
• currently enrolled in Operation, Warehousing, Logistics Degree or similar

Customer Service intern:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Currently enrolled in Business / Language Degree or similar.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student in related field seeking internship
• Internship duration minimum 12 weeks.
• Efficient, strong communication skills, can work under pressure & enjoy a fast-paced environment.
