Job Summary

Arundhati Bandhakala is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, managing ecommerce platforms, optimizing digital customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations across all online marketplaces. Candidates with experience in the handloom, textile, apparel, or fashion retail industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the companys ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Handle product catalogue management, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
• Monitor and optimize product visibility across ecommerce platforms such as the company website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with the merchandising, warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Track inventory availability and ensure stock synchronization across all ecommerce channels.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, and online sales events.
• Analyze website traffic, sales performance, customer behaviour, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor order fulfilment, returns, refunds, and customer feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team on SEO, social media campaigns, paid advertisements, and email marketing initiatives.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
• Stay updated with ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online marketplace operations.
• Experience in managing product catalogues and inventory across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
