Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listings, order management, sales optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
• Manage marketplace promotions, offers, campaigns, and discounts.
• Track sales performance, inventory, and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, warehouse, and customer support teams.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, trends, and market opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
