eCommerce Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Live Commerce strategies across all digital platforms, including Live streaming events, shopping broadcasts and interactive selling sessions
• Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers and product teams to create engaging live commerce content that drives conversions and brand awareness
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost and return on investment to optimise channel performance
• Oversee customer service and order fulfilment processes to ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction during live commerce events
• Manage eCommerce platform optimisation including user interface improvements, checkout process streamlining and mobile experience enhancement
• Develop and manage marketing communications strategies to promote live commerce events and eCommerce offerings across social media, email and other marketing channels
• Build and mentor a team of eCommerce and live commerce specialists, providing guidance and support for professional development
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and best practices in live commerce and eCommerce
• Establish partnerships and negotiate with third-party eCommerce platforms, payment providers and logistics partners to expand market reach

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, Live commerce strategy or digital marketing within fast-paced Preferably from the beauty, skincare, and healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling live commerce initiatives or eCommerce channels, with demonstrated revenue growth
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms, social commerce tools and eCommerce systems (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, lazada, tokopedia)
• Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing analytics tools to measure performance and drive decision-making
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and results to senior stakeholders
• Creative thinking combined with analytical rigour to develop innovative marketing and sales solutions
• Familiarity with content creation, video production and influencer collaboration is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred
