Ecommerce Manager

JG Superstore is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our ecommerce operations and drive online sales growth across our digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy and growth plan.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Lead ecommerce marketing, merchandising, content, and operations teams.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion, average order value, and revenue.
• Manage ecommerce campaigns, promotions, and major online sales events.
• Monitor sales performance, marketplace metrics, and overall ecommerce KPIs.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, marketing, finance, and sales teams.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and ecommerce processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant ecommerce experience, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms or online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling ecommerce KPIs, sales targets, and digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of online retail and customer behavior.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gadgets, cameras, or technology is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Setup: Full-time, On-site
