Ecommerce Manager

About the Role

At KŪKAI, e-commerce is at the heart of our growth. We’re looking for a Head of E-Commerce & Growth to take full ownership of our online sales performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce and digital channels.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by using the right mix of marketplace strategy, digital advertising, affiliates, live streaming, content, promotions, and evolving platform tools.

You’ll lead KŪKAI’s e-commerce team and work closely with our Performance Marketing, Affiliate & KOL, Live Streaming, and Marketplace teams, as well as other internal teams and external platform partners, to identify and execute new growth opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who is commercial, analytical, proactive, and hands-on — someone who understands the numbers, identifies opportunities, and knows what action to take next.

Key Responsibilities

• Own online sales, GMV, growth, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute KŪKAI’s e-commerce and digital growth strategy.
• Manage sales forecasts, targets, budgets, and commercial plans.
• Track and improve key metrics including revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, ad spend, and margin.
• Oversee TikTok Ads / GMV Max / C-Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, and overall advertising efficiency.
• Drive sales through marketplace campaigns, promotions, affiliates, live streaming, and conversion-focused content.
• Lead major commercial campaigns including 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday, and Ramadan/Lebaran.
• Stay ahead of new marketplace tools, programs, and platform opportunities that can drive growth.
• Identify growth opportunities through sales data, customer behavior, product performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, turning data into clear insights, priorities, and action plans.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team, including Marketplace, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Live Streaming, and Content.
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Business Development, and Warehouse to achieve overall business targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, growth, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace Seller Centers.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads / GMV Max / C-Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates, and live commerce.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of GMV, ROAS, conversion, AOV, budgets, margins, and profitability.
• Experience managing sales targets, advertising budgets, promotions, and commercial campaigns.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to turn data into insights, decisions, and clear actions.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with platforms, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, FMCG, mom & baby, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Willing to work full-time WFO in Tambora, West Jakarta.
