Ecommerce Manager

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience.

This role involves managing website performance, executing online campaigns, analyzing sales and customer data, and optimizing product listings to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.

• Manage the company’s e-commerce executives, UI/UX Designers and Data Analysts.

• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.

• Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of E-Commerce Manager experience.
• Experience in Fashion, Retail, or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience managing a company-owned e-commerce website, not only marketplaces.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to grow online sales.
• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce Operations, SEO/SEM, UI/UX, and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing multiple e-commerce websites across different markets.
• Will be required to liaise with clients from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
• Able to manage and lead a team of 5 E-Commerce Executives, UI/UX Designer, and Data Analyst.
