The successful candidate will own sales performance, forecasting and platform execution in Singapore, while proactively identifying new opportunities, partnerships and initiatives to accelerate growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales forecasts and analyse trends, performance and key KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate data into clear commercial actions across assortment, pricing, promotions, media and campaigns.
  • Proactively develop new growth opportunities through platform partnerships, collaborations, exclusives, livestreaming, affiliates, creator commerce and other initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of market, consumer, competitor and platform trends to identify opportunities for the business.

Trading, Inventory & Assortment

  • Develop and execute e-commerce trading and campaign plans across all channels.
  • Monitor sell-through and SKU productivity, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving stock.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Logistics to ensure the right assortment and stock availability to maximise sales.
  • Recommend actions to improve stock productivity while protecting brand and pricing strategy.

Platforms & Customer Journey

  • Manage the performance and day-to-day execution of brand.com and key marketplaces.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of marketplace mechanics, campaigns, advertising solutions, fulfilment and platform tools.
  • Understand and optimise the full customer journey from discovery and consideration to conversion and repeat purchase.
  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition and retention.

Operations & Partnerships

  • Ensure smooth e-commerce operations across product listings, pricing, promotions, orders, fulfilment and customer service.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational or commercial issues before they impact customers or sales.
  • Manage e-commerce enablers, agencies and platform partners, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and IT to deliver business objectives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team with clear ownership, priorities and performance expectations.
  • Build a culture of accountability, commercial thinking, initiative and continuous improvement.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably within retail, consumer or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven experience managing brand.com and major marketplace platforms.
  • Hands-on and highly execution-focused, comfortable getting into the details, solving problems and driving actions through to completion.
  • Highly commercial and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in delivering sales targets and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce levers including traffic, conversion, merchandising, pricing, promotions, performance media and customer journey.
  • Analytical and comfortable translating data into commercial actions.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial, with the ability to identify new ideas, partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented and accountable, with strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
