List and manage the entire catalogue end to end on all major marketplaces
Preparing & uploading A+ Content with the help of info-graphics and Optimized SEO Rich Content
Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring excellent customer service
Responsible for end-to-end E commerce operations
Order management & processing and maintain order status
Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners
Inventory Allocations and Stock management
