Ecommerce Manager

The Ecommerce Manager will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of client digital commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management & Commercial Strategy

• Oversee and direct the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution across brand direct-to-consumer (DTC) storefronts, third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), and emerging social commerce channels (e.g., TikTok Shop).
• Monitor channel profitability, net contribution (NC), and average selling price (ASP), implementing dynamic catalog and pricing tactics to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Supervise order fulfilment workflows, inventory planning, customer service standards, and operational logistics across all platforms to deliver seamless service levels.

Merchandising, Content & Customer Experience (CX/UX)

• Lead the customer experience roadmap, optimizing site navigation, conversion funnels, checkout experiences, and user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive digital shelf excellence by managing rich media, PDP enhancements, and A+ / Enhanced Brand Content for core catalog lines and New Product Developments (NPDs).
• Build and maintain an ongoing promotional and editorial calendar encompassing scheduled campaigns, gift-with-purchase (GWP) initiatives, and seasonal launches.

Performance Marketing & Cross-Functional Integration

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure coordinated, high-impact traffic-driving campaigns.
• Guide retention marketing initiatives, including customer lifecycle campaigns via email marketing, SMS flows, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to implement strategies

Data Analytics & Business Performance

• Monitor, analyse, and report on core e-commerce metrics (traffic, session conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, repeat purchase rates, and channel margins).
• Translate behavioural analytics and channel data into actionable commercial recommendations for executive leadership and product development teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in eCommerce channel management. Strong expertise in Amazon growth management (brand building + performance marketing). Experience with global eCommerce operations (US markets) strongly preferred. Prior FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Healthcare eCommerce experience desirable.
• Skills & Competencies
• Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem (AMS, A+ Content, SEO, DSP, promotions).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights-based actions.
• Proven commercial acumen with ownership of P&L or sales growth targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with platform partners.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and eCommerce analytics tools.
