ECOMMERCE MANAGER

About the role

As the Ecommerce Manager at Healthy Innovation Distribution, Inc.', you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's online sales strategy. In this full-time position based in Bagumbayan Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be a key contributor to the company's digital marketing and sales efforts, driving growth and profitability through innovative ecommerce solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve customer experience
2. Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce platforms, including website, online stores, and related digital channels
3. Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital campaigns and content to drive traffic and conversions
5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce function, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
6. Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics to measure success and inform future strategies
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ecommerce
8. Lead and manage a team of 2-3 digital marketing and ecommerce professionals

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
2. Proven experience working with Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Shopify platforms
3. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies
4. Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and technologies, such as website builders, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
7. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, and search engine optimization
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or digital media
