BODUM Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and expand our online sales business across major Japanese marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong e-commerce expertise and a passion for driving growth through online channels while collaborating with international teams.

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing BODUM Japan's e-commerce business, driving online sales growth, and optimizing operations across domestic e-commerce platforms. The role requires close collaboration with global e-commerce teams based in Switzerland and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and manage annual budgets and sales targets
• Oversee daily operations and performance of domestic e-commerce platforms, including:
• Amazon Japan
• Rakuten
• Yahoo! Shopping
• Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage website content, product information, and regular site updates
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the E-Commerce teams in Switzerland and Portugal
• Prepare reports and business updates for local and global stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce management
• Hands-on experience with major Japanese online marketplaces such as:
• Amazon
• Rakuten
• Yahoo! Shopping
• Ability to read and write business emails in English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, or premium brands is an advantage
