- Coordinate with our U.S. fulfillment partners, from which the majority of our stock ships.
- Address shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, returns, and other day-to-day operational problems as they arise.

- Vendor Management: Experience working with multiple vendors, suppliers, or carriers, with the confidence to negotiate, follow up, and resolve issues independently.
- Operations Experience: Background in purchasing, inventory management, or logistics is an asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to both vendor coordination and customer-facing support.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a small-team environment where priorities shift quickly, and to move seamlessly between purchasing, supplier coordination, and customer support.
- Precision: Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory management and shipping logistics.
