International Ecommerce Marketplace Executive

We are looking for an experienced International Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to drive sales, growth, and profitability across global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Amazon.com, Amazon Global, Etsy, eBay, Noon, Alibaba, and other international marketplaces.
• Develop strategies for the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
• Optimize product listings, catalogs, pricing, keywords, promotions, SEO, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Mandatory: Minimum 5 Crore annual advertising spend managed directly.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, campaign structuring, and budget allocation.
• Analyze competitors, customer behavior, pricing, demand, and market trends.
• Drive organic and paid marketplace growth and identify new international expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics, fulfillment, and 3PL partners for inventory, shipping, returns, and customer experience.
• Ensure marketplace compliance, account health, and seller performance.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on international ecommerce marketplace experience.
• Experience with Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Noon, and/or Alibaba.
• Proven management of 5 Crore+ annual advertising budgets.
• Experience across multiple international markets.
• Strong marketplace SEO, performance marketing, analytics, and cross-border ecommerce knowledge.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
