Job Summary

Join Pink Orchard as a part-time Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage online orders, maintain stock quality, update the online store, and provide customer and operational support with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Process and manage online orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment

Conduct quality checks on stock items to maintain product standards

Update and maintain online store content to reflect current inventory and promotions

Manage stock levels and office supplies to support smooth operations

Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective service support

Perform administrative and operational tasks to assist daily ecommerce functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month tenure

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy

Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Excel to manage data and reports

Good command of spoken and written English for communication

Part-time tertiary students are encouraged to apply
