Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Website Content Management & Accuracy

● Upload new SKUs and ensure timely publishing of product pages based on approved content assets

● Maintain high accuracy of product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images

● Ensure all promotional pages, banners, and campaign assets are updated and live before scheduled launches

● Conduct regular audits of live pages to identify and correct content discrepancies

Inventory Management & Stock Monitoring

● Monitor stock levels on the website and ensure alignment with physical inventory

● Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between system records and warehouse counts

● Proactively manage low-stock situations by coordinating replenishment or updating product availability

● Maintain accurate inventory records across all e-commerce systems

Warehouse Coordination & Logistics Execution

● Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate inbound stock processing and system

updates

● Oversee order fulfillment accuracy, ensuring correct picking, packing, and dispatch of orders

● Ensure all orders are handed over to courier partners within the required dispatch timelines

● Address and resolve fulfillment or logistics-related issues in a timely manner

Platform & System Data Integrity

● Ensure pricing, discounts, and promotional mechanics are accurately reflected on the website at all times

● Maintain complete and up-to-date SKU data across all active product listings

● Monitor and validate synchronization between ERP, website, and warehouse systems to prevent stock or listing errors

● Perform routine checks to eliminate ghost stock, duplicate listings, or incorrect product data

Process Adherence & Operational Efficiency

● Follow established SOPs for product uploads, inventory updates, and operational workflows

● Complete assigned daily, weekly, and campaign-related tasks within deadlines

● Escalate system issues, discrepancies, or operational risks to the appropriate stakeholders promptly

● Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency

● Perform other job-related administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.

● Ensure the development and completion of playbooks covering key e-commerce processes, workflows,

and best practices.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field

● 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, or inventory control

● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., SAP) and ERP systems

● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling

● Experience working with warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment teams is an advantage

● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data tracking

● Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset

● Highly organized and process-driven

● Strong coordination and communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Problem-solving and proactive issue escalation
