ECommerce Order Fulfillment Associate

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven eCommerce Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team through the busy holiday season. In this role, you will ensure our orders are processed accurately, packaged with the utmost care, and shipped on time. You will play a vital role in delivering Blue Ruby's signature unboxing experience, helping us bring joy and a touch of sparkle to every customer during our busiest time of year. You are enthusiastic and detail-oriented with a commitment to completing all tasks in a timely, professional manner. You are a team player who is always on the lookout for ways to continuously improve the customer journey. You thrive in a collaborative environment with a willingness to assist with any other functions relating to e-Commerce.

The Job

• Fulfill online customer orders quickly and accurately as they come through the website.
• Quality-check all jewellery pieces before being packaged and shipped to our customers
• Package and process shipping labels through ship station
• Be efficient with processing orders to ensure orders are shipped out on time
• Responsible for keeping the shipping area well stocked with supplies, clean and organized
• In downtime, collaborate with our eCommerce team by checking the Blue Ruby website and flagging on any errors or adjustments that need to be looked at

Qualifications

• 1 year e-Commerce and/or retail experience
• Shopify experience is an asset
• Experience using Ship Station is an asset
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
• A can-do, positive attitude
• Interest in Jewellery + Fashion
• Flexibility to work holiday and weekends, as needed

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
