Ecommerce Order Management Executive

We're looking for an ecommerce order management executive to join our growing team supporting international ecommerce operations.

In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth flow of online orders, support operational processes across multiple systems and stakeholders, and play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

The job title for the role will be Ecommerce Operations Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and support ecommerce order management processes
• Investigate and resolve operational issues impacting customers and internal teams
• Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Support fulfilment, inventory and returns processes
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to resolve issues
• Maintain high service levels and operational performance
• Support peak trading periods, campaigns and promotional activity
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Experience in ecommerce, operations, order management, fulfilment or related environments
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, order management systems or marketplaces would be advantageous

Working Pattern

• Based in Kuala Lumpur
• Hybrid working model
• Supports international teams
• Typical working hours are approximately 2pm-11pm Malaysia time
