Ecommerce Sales Administrator

We are an e-commerce and wholesale company that specialises in electrical goods (primarily televisions, audio visual and mobile phones) retailing a high volume of products through our online store and Ebay.

The salary is £25,450 - £26,000 pro rata, and will be based on a 3 day week most likely Mon - Wed (22.5 hours)

The successful candidate will require experience in e-commerce and customer service roles.

Your role will include:

• Managing & creating product listings

• Responding to Livechat messages, email & telephone enquiries

• Regular pricing reviews against competitors

• Google Ad’s management

• Dealing with customer complaints

• Fully manage customer returns

• Manage our relationship with our courier companies - prepare courier labels, arrange collections, resolve any delivery issues

• Managing our social media accounts and online marketing

Qualities

Attention to detail & accuracy
Good understanding of online sales platforms (e-commerce, Ebay)
Good, confident customer service skills (telephone and written)
Ability to work proactively to problem solve
Self motivated, working using own initiative and as part of a small team

Pay: £25,450.00-£26,000.00 per year
