Ecommerce Sales Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Sales Expert to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and customer acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for optimizing listings, managing promotions, analyzing sales trends, and driving revenue growth through various ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Shopify, TikTok or WooCommerce
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and ROAS across digital sales campaigns
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and pricing
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with content, design, and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Analyze ecommerce sales reports and recommend improvements
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Shopping, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.) if applicable
• Ensure product inventory accuracy and manage restocking alerts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven ecommerce sales experience (B2C or D2C preferred)
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics, and conversion funnels
• Experience with Shopify
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and ecommerce reporting tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
