Ecommerce Senior Account Manager

About the role

Manage and grow key e-commerce client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with brands and business partners to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key e-commerce client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and business partners
• Develop account strategies to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Analyze sales performance and prepare account reports
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or Sales
• Experience handling TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City
