Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

Manage and optimize product presentation across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, stock, and visuals are consistently updated and accurate. Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product display on marketplace and e-commerce platforms
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, stock, and visual content are always updated and accurate
• Create and manage online merchandising strategy to increase sales
• Monitor product performance and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion, and product visibility
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Warehouse, and Product teams
• Optimize product placement, campaigns, and promotional activities on online platforms
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve product performance

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Business, Management, E-Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Retail
• Understanding of marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Blibli
• Understanding of basic e-commerce metrics and sales performance
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong analytical thinking
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work with targets in a dynamic environment
• Experience managing marketplace campaigns (preferred)
• Understanding of SEO and product listing optimization (preferred)
