Ecommerce Specialist

Job Purpose

Manage and optimize all online sales activities across e-commerce platforms to increase sales performance, product visibility, and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage online stores across various marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) and the company website.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and SEO.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage promotional campaigns such as flash sales, discounts, bundling, and other promotions.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and execute digital campaign strategies.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability across sales channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Optimize conversion rates and traffic through effective digital strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Marketplace Insights, and similar tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and possesses strong analytical skills.
