As our eCommerce Specialist, you take ownership in growing our online B2B sales channel and improving the customer experience. Working closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, you help customers find, order, and reorder the products they need while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer retention. Your work directly supports our ambition to expand digital sales adoption and strengthen our position as a trusted partner to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• own the day-to-day performance of the B2B eCommerce platform
• manage and optimize the online product catalogue, pricing, and promotions
• monitor sales, conversion, and customer engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities
• drive customer adoption of the online ordering platform and increase repeat purchases
• support digital marketing activities, including email campaigns and promotional initiatives
• collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience
• analyse customer behaviour and provide recommendations to improve revenue and retention
• coordinate website enhancements and support testing of new eCommerce functionality
• provide direct support to customers and distributors for eCommerce-related inquiries, order issues, and account management, ensuring a seamless online buying experience

You bring:

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, online marketing, or a related commercial role
• experience managing online products, promotions, campaigns, or digital sales channels
• experience working in a technical B2B-environment
• strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions and recommendations
• experience working with eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
• excellent English language skills; Czech language skills are considered an advantage
• experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Salesforce-based eCommerce solutions is a plus
