Ecommerce Specialist Supervisor

About the role

This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee our ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless online retail experiences for our customers. As Ecommerce Specialist Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital retail strategy, managing team performance, and optimising our online sales channels. Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the ecommerce team, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff development
• Monitor and optimise online sales performance across all ecommerce platforms and channels
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Manage product listings, inventory levels and stock availability across digital channels
• Oversee customer service operations for online orders, including handling inquiries, complaints and returns
• Analyse ecommerce metrics, sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with ecommerce platform policies and company standards
• Prepare regular reports on ecommerce performance and present findings to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an ecommerce specialist or in a similar supervisory role within retail or consumer products
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketplace management and online retail operations
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff management and performance development
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in ecommerce metrics, KPIs and data interpretation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements
• Proficiency in ecommerce software, CRM systems and relevant digital tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, retail management or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
