About the role

PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia is seeking an Ecommerce Staff - Retail Apparel Brands to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Bali, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our retail apparel operations in the digital marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our ecommerce channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience whilst driving sales and brand visibility across online platforms.

Requirements:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred.
• Familiar with and able to manage e-commerce marketplace platforms, particularly Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Able to manage online orders, including order processing, order confirmation, and order fulfillment.
• Responsible for packing online orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Able to manage product listings, including updating product information, prices, stock availability, and promotional materials.
• Familiar with handling customer inquiries and providing good customer service through marketplace platforms.
• Able to monitor and update inventory/stock levels for online sales.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience working in an apparel or fashion company is an advantage.
