Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple eCommerce stores, ensuring optimal performance and customer experience.
- Launch new online stores and product releases, maintaining product information, images, pricing, and content.
- Update and maintain eCommerce platform backend, storefront merchandising, taxonomy, and functionality.
- Integrate third-party applications and sales channels, including print-on-demand services.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing eCommerce storefronts and day-to-day online retail operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and merchandising best practices.
- Experience analyzing sales, inventory, and performance data to drive business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
