Kualifikasi :
Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman e-commerce dan pernah memimpin anggota tim.
Menguasai operasional marketplace dan pelaporan penjualan.
Mahir Excel/Google Sheets serta memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.
Tegas, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan campaign.
Berorientasi pada target dan perbaikan proses.
Bersedia bekerja WFO di Pluit, Jakarta Utara; disiplin, komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dengan target; dapat bergabung sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
Tanggung Jawab:
Mengawasi aktivitas harian tim e-commerce dan pencapaian target.
Memastikan listing, promo, harga, campaign, pesanan, dan stok berjalan akurat.
Membagi pekerjaan, memonitor SLA, dan menyelesaikan kendala operasional.
Menganalisis performa toko serta mengusulkan action plan.
Berkoordinasi dengan platform, warehouse, content, affiliate, dan finance.
