E-Commerce Support Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Support Assistant to help with daily online store and marketplace tasks.

Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, online stores, or marketplace sellers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings
• Upload titles, descriptions, images, prices, and product information
• Generate and organize product URLs and links
• Check listings daily for errors or missing information
• Perform online product and competitor research
• Assist with routine emails and follow-ups
• Update Excel/Google Sheets and product records
• Check marketplace accounts for basic issues
• Perform daily repetitive e-commerce support tasks
• Follow checklists and report problems quickly

Requirements

• Experience in Shopee/Lazada/Shopify/Tiktok Shop is a MUST. DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS
• Ability to handle mulitple rush task on daily basis. This is not a sit back and take it easy job
• Good computer and internet skills
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Good online research skills
• Basic written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive daily work
• Able to learn new online systems

This is a support role focused on daily e-commerce operations
