Ecommerce Support

Job****Summary:

Under the guidance of the Ecommerce Sales Lead, the Shipper will be responsible for processing and shipping ecommerce orders in a timely and accurate manner; all with the goal of having no more packages left to ship at the end of each day. Handle the physical storage, packing, labeling, and dispatch of items sold on eBay/ecommerce

**Duties/**Responsibilities:

• Tracks and organize shipments for UPS, USPS, and LTL

• Prepares shipping documentation

• Monitors and maintains accurate documentation of out-bound shipments

• Checks availability of shipping supplies

• Keeps shipping stock and other materials organized and stored safely

• Assures accuracy of customer orders

• Processing orders as required by customers, meeting special needs as required

• Accurately inputs information into the computer

• Performs related to clerical duties

• Ensure proper use of equipment, hand tools, personal protection, and compliance guidelines

• Ensure compliance standards, policies and procedures are followed

• Be conscious and careful of wasted expenses, including effective and efficient use of time and resources

• Keeps work area clean performing daily cleanup in workstation area at the end of each shift

• Responsible for daily trash removal

• Maintain clear pathways to all exits and fire extinguishers

• Reports on daily shipping results As Needed Responsibilities:

• Assist with event execution and completion

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Manage Raymond James and McLaren Account: receiving, shipping, tracking - inventory counts, labeling, direct communication with client.

• Backup to E-com RMA's and Photo Uploads for E-com.

*Required***Skills/**Abilities:

• One to two years related experience and/or training

• Experience required in shipping

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and protocol

• Strong hand-eye coordination

• High attention to detail

• Great organization skills

• Self-motivated team player, able to work independently and work as part of a team

• Excellent verbal communication skills, providing positive customer service to clients and coworkers

• Ability to use shipping tools effectively and responsibly

• Complete tasks as they are given to you by upper management

• Become familiar with certification standards as pertaining to your position, to include R2:2013 (Responsible Recycling), ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, & NIST 800-88

• Always arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work complete shifts as scheduled

Physical****Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 8 or more hours per shift. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
