E-commerce Technical Lead

We’re looking for an experienced payments professional to lead e-commerce payment gateway activities, support client integrations and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategy for online payment services.
• Manage payment gateway projects across MPGS, IPAY, ACI and Benefit, ensuring timely delivery.
• Supervise the e-commerce team and ensure service-level commitments are met.
• Support clients with payment gateway integrations and manage partner relationships.
• Analyse product performance to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and innovations in e-commerce payments.
• Work closely with Finance, Customer Service and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with AFS policies and promptly escalate risk and compliance concerns.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Business.
• Strong technical understanding of e-commerce payments and payment gateways.
• Experience in business analysis, project management and team management.
• Commercial awareness and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
