Ecommerce/Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on E-Commerce / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily e-commerce and warehouse operations, supervise team members, and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, inventory, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the E-Commerce and Warehouse teams
• Monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse and e-commerce staff.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products within the warehouse.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• At least 1-2 years or experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily activities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, able to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Willing to work flexible hours and render overtime when required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to be hands-on in warehouse operations.
• Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
