Ecosystem Management Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Drive ecosystem partner operations and revenue growth, focusing on ICT partnership business, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve collaboration bottlenecks, ensure steady growth of ecosystem revenue, and achieve departmental revenue targets.
2. Act as a customer-centric enabler, initiate and facilitate internal procurement and compliance processes—including partner selection, contract terms, and cooperation model definition—to support service enhancement and revenue expansion, providing project information for decision-making.
3. Manage day-to-day partner operations, deepen relationships, and empower partners to build a stable and long-term ecosystem cooperation framework.
4. Regularly engage with partners to align on policies and resources, conduct periodic business reviews, continuously activate ecosystem resources, and enhance partner stickiness and output.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Project Teams) to ensure smooth project execution and address cooperation risks or exceptions.
6. Track key ecosystem performance metrics, generate analysis reports, and provide insights for strategic optimization.
7. Complete other ecosystem-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Capabilities:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields is preferred.

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecosystem cooperation, channel management, sales, or business development within ICT, telecom, software, or internet industries is preferred.

3. Professional Skills:

• Familiar with ICT ecosystem models, with proven ability in partner expansion, ecosystem operations, and revenue growth;
• Knowledge of the upstream and downstream value chain in the telecom industry;
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with cross-functional collaboration capabilities;
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and business insight abilities.

4. Language Proficiency: Strong bilingual (Chinese-English) communication skills; able to conduct business communication and draft documents in English.
