We’re hiring an Ecosystem Development Specialist to strengthen and scale TRAI’s ecosystem activities through strong execution, sharp ecosystem awareness, and relationship-building.

🎯 What you’ll do

·     Own the planning and execution of ecosystem-facing initiatives across TRAI’s key programs, events, and strategic collaborations.

·     Support the content and speaker development of flagship formats such as TRAI Summit, Meetups, and Startup Day by identifying relevant topics, strong speakers, and timely industry angles.

·     Track the AI startup landscape closely; identify promising startups, assess ecosystem fit, and help surface high-potential opportunities for TRAI’s network and strategic agenda.

·     Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, corporate members, ecosystem partners, investors, and other stakeholders.

·     Contribute to the development of international connections and cross-border collaboration opportunities within the AI ecosystem.

·     Support ecosystem projects with strong follow-through: stakeholder coordination, communication, research, prioritization, and execution.

·     Use AI tools effectively in day-to-day workflows to improve team efficiency, research quality, and operational output.

·     Represent TRAI in meetings, events, and ecosystem conversations with professionalism, credibility, and strong communication.

💡 What makes you a great fit

·     Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, startup programs, business development, events, community building, or similar roles.

·     You understand how startup and technology ecosystems operate, and you can quickly identify relevant players, trends, and opportunities.

·     You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts across content, stakeholders, and timelines.

·     You are confident in professional communication and can engage effectively with senior stakeholders, founders, partners, and community members.

·     You have strong judgment, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into action.

·     You are comfortable using AI tools to work faster, better, and more effectively.

·     Fluent Turkish and strong English are required.

·   Nice to have: Familiarity with vibe coding, using AI tools to quickly build simple prototypes, automations, or internal tools.
