We're searching for an enthusiastic team player with:

• Strong child-safe experience and knowledge.

• Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

• The ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Can work effectively in a team and have excellent communication skills

• A strong passion for the Early Childhood industry

• Experienced in programming, planning, creating learning experiences, and organisation

• Creates a warm and inviting environment for children and families

What You Need to Apply:

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

• Current NSW Working with Children Check

• An updated cover letter highlighting why you would like to join Little Seedlings, as well as whether you're applying for a casual or permanent role.

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate is a plus, however not necessary

• An updated resume highlighting your experience
