Part-Time | 27.5 Hours per Week
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7 hours per day
Friday: 6.5 hours
$39.34 - $54.50 per hour
Based on experience, subject to ELAA assessment.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to also undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person, leading our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
 
As the Early Childhood Teacher and Nominated Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
• Ensure children's wellbeing, learning, and developmental needs are met
• Lead and support educators to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
• Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community
• Oversee daily operations and administrative responsibilities of the service
• Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Promote active supervision and child-safe practices at all times
• Recognise and nurture the strengths of both children and team members

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
• Current Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and Geccko Child Safety Training certificates
• A current National Police Check issued within the last six months
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar leadership or teaching role
• Experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and needs
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant Children's Services legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, professional, and child-centred approach
