Role: Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Manage patient movement through the ED ensuring safety and efficiency
- Coordinate patient care activities and act as a liaison with ED medical staff
- Delegate workload and exemplify teamwork, leadership, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred
- At least 1 year of ED RN experience
- Experience in quality and process improvement projects
- Licensure: Georgia RN license or multistate license; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; CEN preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate care and foster teamwork
