EDI Mapping Lead

ROLE: EDI Quality Assurance Lead
LOCATION: Pasig (Onsite)
SCHEDULE: Night Shift (Sat-Sun off)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced EDI Quality Assurance Lead to support the quality, accuracy, and reliability of electronic data interchange processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless EDI file processing, resolving transaction issues, and driving continuous improvements across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality of inbound and outbound EDI files (ANSI X12, 834, flat files)
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction and file processing issues
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and carriers on file requirements and implementations
• Maintain and update EDI process documentation, reports, and performance metrics
• Track and manage data required for successful file transmission
• Support escalations and provide solutions for complex EDI-related issues
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare EDI standards and protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in EDI and/or Quality Assurance
• Strong experience with EDI formats and mapping
• At least 1–2 years of experience in SQL
• Knowledge of HIPAA EDI standards
• Experience in US healthcare, insurance, or TPA industry is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• At least 4 years of BPO or call center experience
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a night shift schedule

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
