Job Description

• Prepare and process PIB & PEB in accordance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Submit and monitor PIB/PEB data through the Customs system (CEISA 4.0) and INSW
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of import/export documents, including B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Insurance, and other supporting documents.
• Handle EDI/INSW-related processes and coordinate with PPJK, Customs, and relevant parties when required.
• Monitor the status of customs declarations and follow up on any discrepancies or system issues.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of export-import documentation and transactions.
• Ensure all export-import activities comply with applicable Customs and trade regulations.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to Export-Import and Customs activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3 in Logistics Management, Transportation Management, Customs, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EDI, Export-Import, Customs, or Freight Forwarding.
• Must have a valid INSW certification/certificate and hands-on experience using the INSW system.
• Familiar with CEISA 4.0 and customs declaration processes, particularly PIB & PEB.
• Familiar with export-import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, Insurance, and other supporting documents.
• Familiar with EDI software and INCOTERMS.
• Experience in Export-Import Logistics or Freight Forwarding is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
