EDI Systems Analyst

The Manila-based EDI team will own the full range of day-to-day EDI operations and support responsibilities, providing consistent coverage across trading partners, internal stakeholders, and system operations.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide daily support to trading partners and internal customers for paperless transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, remittance advice, and catalog data.
• Establish, test, and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) partnerships with trading partners and suppliers.
• Monitor exception reporting and manage issue resolution to ensure timely, accurate transaction processing.
• Investigate and resolve business and system problems, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain specification documentation for external suppliers and retailer partners.
• Coordinate changes to data transaction structures and content formats with external companies.
• Provide support for implementing new electronic business initiatives.
• Perform analysis and provide periodic reports on progress, performance, and improvement opportunities.

Technical Requirements embedded in role execution:

• Working knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12; EDIFACT preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with EDI platforms and mapping tools (e.g., Sterling, Gentran, Cleo, Seeburger, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with EDI communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP.
• Experience supporting high‑volume, business‑critical EDI integrations, preferably in a retail or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional communication skills to support collaboration with US‑based teams.

Work location: BGC, Taguig. Work schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (MNL time) with a 4-day per week return-to-office (RTO) requirement.
